Job description

On-site position - Not remote
• Oversee 35+ field Techs and a team of 5 support staff
• Oversee dispatch staff for smooth and efficient work order flow, from scheduling to completion
o Ensure work order description is understood and
o Ensure the techs have proper training on procedures
o Ensure the right tech is sent to a job based on skill level
o Work to improve the skill level of the service techs
o Work to build the techs and staffs confidence, attitude
o Ensure techs have the proper
• Manage work order scheduling, with staff, to ensure ETAs are met.
• Oversee work order completions to meet client’s criteria
• Work with Account manager team to ensure our performance score card stays in the “A” rating
• Oversee that each work order is done on time, with quality and profitable
• Work with the Account Manager team on quotes and scheduling to keep the clients happy
• Oversee the warehouse staff and mechanic to ensure an efficient use of all resources
o Oversee the vehicle inventory and the proper operation
Work with the GM and owners to ensure the team works together as cohesive team
Must have "MINIMUM" 10+ years experience in the "Commercial Construction trades" and 5+ years experience in a Supervisory role
Looking for a leader that can:
• Work with, motivate and train the field staff to be their best.
• Ensure the techs have the necessary training on protocols and procedures.
• Ensure the techs are efficient and thorough in performing repairs and maintenance
