What You'll Do

  • Partner with leadership to drive annual and quarterly business planning, including goal setting, headcount planning, and budget alignment.
  • Lead operational reviews and business rhythm activities, ensuring data-driven insights and clear action plans.
  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and strategic initiatives.
  • Use AI-driven insights and predictive analytics to support strategic decision-making and performance tracking.
  • Support vendor and contract management, including onboarding, compliance, and performance tracking.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing operational insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and participate in pilots on support innovation and improvements.
  • Own and manage the rhythm of business calendar, including planning and execution of business reviews and leadership reviews.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level communications, including business updates, strategic plans, and performance summaries.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field AND 8+ years of experience in business operations, program management, or marketing operations with demonstrated experience in supporting executive-level initiatives; OR Master's Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field AND 4+ years experience in executive communications, business management, or marketing operations, including experience managing cross-functional initiatives and business planning processes; OR equivalent combination of education and experience in business operations, digital marketing, or strategic communications.
  • At least 3-4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in a B2B role.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, especially in Account-Based Marketing environments.
  • Ability to evaluate and implement AI solutions that drive automation, personalization, and efficiency in marketing operations.
  • Experience using AI-powered analytics tools to derive insights and inform business strategies.
  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, tools, and platforms relevant to business operations and marketing.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects and business planning processes.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools, data analysis tools, and project management platforms.
  • Experience leading virtual teams across organizational lines and networking/relationship management.
  • Ability to work with stakeholders from different organizations and levels.
