Are you an automotive professional with a proven track record in service writing? Do you know how to build trust with customers, keep repair orders running smoothly, and communicate confidently with technicians? If so, Suburban Honda Farmington Hills is the store for you!

We're home to some of the most iconic vehicles in the industry, and we're looking for an experienced Service Advisor who can hit the ground running and deliver the level of service our customers expect.

What You'll Do:

As a Service Advisor, you'll take charge of the customer experience from start to finish-managing repair orders, setting accurate expectations, and serving as the critical link between the customer and the technician.

Responsibilities include:

  • Initiate service and repair orders based on customer concerns and vehicle performance
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage
  • Build accurate repair estimates including labor, parts, and deductibles
  • Communicate service needs clearly to both customers and technicians
  • Keep customers informed throughout the repair process-status, costs, and service timelines
  • Administer manufacturer warranties for eligible repairs
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records
  • Promote current service specials and build long-term customer relationships
