Group Summary:
The Magna Exteriors portfolio of products includes access systems such as liftgates, exterior trim, modular systems, front-end modules including fascia, active aerodynamic systems and other lightweight structural components for automotive, commercial truck and other industrial markets.

Job Responsibilities:

POSITION OVERVIEW

Functions as initial primary contact into LexaMar Corporation, and a center point for communications, receives callers both internally and externally, customers, contractors, applicants, corporate staff, and visitors. Determines the nature of business, then generates action based on information. Prepares for and secures additional arrangements for on-site customer visits and meetings. Provides HR administrative support as required.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintains Kronos records.
  • Answer and transfer incoming telephone calls to the primary LexaMar number.
  • Greet customers, contractors, applicants, and corporate staff, and visitors, contacts appropriate personnel.
  • Responsible for the preset appearance standard for both rooms at all times.
  • Perform HR administrative support with computer functions based in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, People Soft, Empower, Knowledge Point and Lotus Notes software applications.
  • Maintain and help implement new payroll and time and attendance systems.
  • Other projects as directed.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Standard or above attendance record

  • Demonstrate PC literacy in a minimum of Word, Excel, and/or experience in other software applications with intentions to advance your PC software knowledge.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks; including but not limited to stressful situations with the use of conflict resolution.
  • Demonstrate and prove your ability to handle and process confidential information.
  • Work independently and show self-motivation.
  • Partner in projects managed by and for Human Resources.
