What You'll Do
As a Service Contract Administrator, you will oversee the administration and governance of Skytron's service contract portfolio, ensuring agreements are accurately established, maintained, renewed, and executed. You'll partner with Sales, Service, Finance, and Customer Service to maintain contract integrity, support billing accuracy and revenue recognition, and drive operational efficiency. In this role, you will:
  • Manage the service contract lifecycle by creating, maintaining, renewing, amending, and auditing service contracts to ensure accurate coverage, service delivery, billing, and compliance with company policies
  • Partner with Finance, Accounting, Sales, and Service to ensure contract billing, renewals, invoicing, warranty validation, reimbursements, and revenue recognition activities are completed accurately and on time
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for contract-related matters, partnering with Sales, Customer Service, Service Administration, Technical Support, Finance, and Management to resolve issues and maintain contract integrity
  • Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and contract reporting to monitor renewals, utilization, profitability, compliance, and operational performance, providing actionable business insights
  • Identify opportunities to improve contract workflows, standardize processes, and optimize contract data, pricing, and business rules to enhance accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency
  • Handle other duties and responsibilities as periodically assigned or requested

  • Ability to understand technical details and interpret them as necessary to coordinate and communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
