Automotive Service Advisor

Monday–Friday schedule. No weekends.

Martin’s Auto Service in Landisburg, PA is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

Also known as a Service Writer, this role is the hub of our shop—working directly with customers and technicians to keep everything running smoothly from check-in to final delivery.

If you enjoy working with people, staying organized, and being part of a solid, no-drama team, we’d like to talk with you.


What You’ll Do

  • Greet customers and provide a professional, friendly experience
  • Answer phones and schedule service appointments
  • Write repair orders and build estimates
  • Clearly explain recommended services and timelines
  • Order parts and coordinate with technicians
  • Keep workflow organized and moving efficiently

What We’re Looking For

  • Customer service experience required
  • Service Advisor / Service Writer experience preferred
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Comfortable using computers and shop software
  • Organized, dependable, and team-oriented
  • Automotive knowledge is a plus (we can help you learn)

Pay & Schedule

  • $40,000 – $80,000 per year, based on experience and performance
  • Full-time position
  • Monday – Friday (No weekends)
