As a Senior Analyst Technical Support, you have a concrete impact on one of the critical systems in financial markets by ensuring their stability, performance and availability.

Your job

  • Diagnose and resolve problems related to FIX connections and message flows
  • Create, configure and maintain business and technical rules in the platform
  • Participate in deployments platform configurations and updates
  • Analyze logs and performance to identify and correct anomalies
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of monitoring tools and operational processes
  • Provide support outside office hours, on calls every third week, on a rotation basis.

Prerequisites

  • Degree or another diploma in Information Technology or other related field and several years of experience in application support or critical systems
  • Proficient in Unix/Linux environments
  • Experience with bash scripting
  • Basic knowledge of Java
  • Knowledge of FIX protocol or electronic trading systems, an asset
  • Basic knowledge of telecom architectures, an asset
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills and ability to work under pressure in a critical production environment.
