Attain est a la recherche d'un candidat dynamique et creatif pour se joindre a notre equipe d'ingenierie en infrastructures TI, de securite et de batiment intelligent a Montreal, QC. Ce poste consiste a repondre aux besoins des clients existants dans tous les secteurs d'activites et a continuer de developper le marche par le biais des relations existantes et a travers de nouvelles opportunites d'affaires.

L'accent est mis sur les services conseils, les relations avec les clients, la gestion de projet et l'ingenierie de conception, en francais et en anglais.


Dans le cadre de ce poste, vous devrez:


  • Assurer la reussite des projets pour les clients du Quebec, avec la possibilite de travailler sur des projets dans d'autres marches si necessaire.
  • Travailler avec notre groupe interne des operations pour etablir des devis et preparer des estimations/propositions de clients, ainsi que pour produire des rapports a l'intention des clients, et assurer l'interface avec les clients pour les nouveaux projets et services.
  • Rediger des documents de specifications, examiner et annoter des dessins.
  • Developper des relations de travail avec les clients, le personnel et les sous-traitants.
  • Former le personnel et/ou les sous-traitants selon les besoins.
  • Assurer la supervision du chantier et la mise en service de tous les systemes, le cas echeant.
  • Participer en tant que membre de l'equipe senior, en apportant un leadership technique, un mentorat et en offrant une contribution strategique aux clients et aux prospects sur les offres d'Attain.
  • Gerer et mettre a jour les feuilles de temps et les informations sur les projets dans les systemes internes (Workflow Max ou autre) a des fins de facturation mensuelle.
  • Maintenir un ratio de temps facturable de 70% du temps affecte aux projets (apres les 90 premiers jours du processus d'integration).
  • Identifier les opportunites d'amelioration des processus et des systemes afin de repondre aux besoins des clients et d'avoir un impact positif sur les membres de l'equipe.
  • Travailler en etroite collaboration avec le Vice-president- Ingenierie et batiments intelligents, afin de stimuler la croissance des revenus dans le marche de Montreal en repondant aux besoins des clients existants et en identifiant les opportunites au sein de la base de clients etablie.
  • Effectuer du developpement de marche et d'affaires (environ 20 % de votre temps).
  • Demontrer les valeurs et la mission d'Attain en fournissant des conseils strategiques et fiables sur tous les types de technologie - TI, Securite, reseaux sans fil et AV - les systemes qui rendent les lieux de travail plus intelligents pour tout le monde, peu importe ou ils se trouvent.

Ce que vous apportez:


  • 10 a 15 ans d'experience technique en infrastructures TI et telecom, en cablage structure, en tant qu'integrateur et/ou concepteur.
  • L'accreditation RCDD est un atout majeur.

Senior Designer/Technical Specialist

IT Infrastructure, Security, Smart Building


Attain is searching for a dynamic and resourceful individual to join our IT infrastructure, security and Smart Building engineering team in Montreal, QC. This position focuses on meeting existing client requirements across all lines of business and developing the market through existing relationships and new business development.

There is a focus on Consulting Services, Client Relationships, Project Management and Design Engineering both in French and English.


Within this role, you will:


  • Ensure successful project delivery for clients across Quebec, with an opportunity to work on projects in other markets as needed.
  • Work with our internal Operations Group to quote and prepare estimates/client proposals, as well as produce customer reports, and interface with clients for new projects and services.
  • Draft specification documents, review and mark up drawings.
  • Develop working relationships with clients, staff. and subcontractors.
  • Train staff and / or contractors as required from time-to-time.
  • Perform construction site supervision and commissioning as required on all systems.
  • Participate as a Senior Team member, providing technical thought leadership, mentoring, and offering strategic input to clients and prospects on Attain's offerings.
  • Manage and update timesheets and project information in internal systems (Workflow Max) for monthly billing purposes.
  • Maintain a billable time ratio of 70% of your time assigned to projects (after the first 90 days onboarding process is completed).
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and systems as they relate to meeting client needs and providing positive impact for Team members.
  • Work closely with the VP, Engineering and Smart Buildings to drive revenue growth in the Montreal market by meeting existing client needs and identifying opportunities within established client base.
  • Perform both market and business development (approximately 20% of your time).
  • Demonstrate Attain's values and mission to provide trusted and strategic counsel on all types of technology - IT, AV, wireless networks, and Security - the systems that make workplaces work smarter for everyone no matter where they happen to be.

What you bring to the table:


  • 10-15 years technical experience in IT/telecom infrastructure, structured cabling, as an integrator and/or in a designer capacity
  • RCDD accreditation is a strong asset
  • Fluently bilingual - French/English (Written and Spoken) required
  • High level of attention to detail
  • High level understanding of Electronic Security systems, Smart Buildings and Audio-Visual systems, with a willingness to become a technical expert to our clients
  • Strong interpersonal skills & relationship management skills
  • Ability to confidently interact with business and technical audiences

  • High level of efficacy and self-management skills, reflective of a senior employee
  • Hold a Secret - level II Federal Government clearance is an asset
