Overview VTG is looking for a highly motivated Senior Systems Analyst to join our team in Chantilly VA. What will you do? Overview We are seeking a senior level System Analyst to provide analytic and technical support to a government customer. The analyst will use a wide range of tools and databases to identify targeting leads in support of human intelligence (HUMINT) collection against a emerging technologies target set. This role also provides Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance (SETA) support. Do you have what it takes? Responsibilities * Use numerous tools and databases to identify and develop targeting leads in support of HUMINT collection requirements
* Draft detailed targeting assessments and reports; review and quality check analytic products
* Perform technical analysis and research aligned with requirements and mission priorities
* Assess development and operational activities and recommend alternative courses of action
* Provide value add participation in technical and management meetings; prepare independent analysis papers, briefings, and action item responses
* Evaluate specifications, verification plans, test data, and acceptance test plans as needed Required Qualifications * TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
* 10+ years of relevant analytic experience supporting IC customers
* Demonstrated targeting analysis experience, including identifying leads and producing targeting assessments in support of HUMINT collection
* Proficiency with IC tools and databases used for research, lead development, and reporting
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience producing finished analytic products for senior audiences
* Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced, mission focused environment
