Senior Support Engineer (Coordination & Oversight Focus)

  • Proven ability to work across complex organizational silos to build and maintain a holistic view of the client environment, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
  • Partner with BU account teams and leadership to fully understand customer demand, forecast upcoming work, and help shape prioritization strategies across multiple initiatives.
  • Lead planning and coordination of client-level activities across multiple large-scale migration or upgrade efforts, ensuring a seamless "one-touch" execution model and reducing redundant client interactions.
  • Act as a central point of coordination for cross-functional teams, ensuring all dependencies, risks, and sequencing of work are clearly defined and communicated.
  • Provide oversight and guidance to engineers on configuration approach, ensuring consistency, quality, and adherence to standards across all deliverables.
  • Drive operational efficiency by identifying process improvement opportunities, reducing manual effort, and enhancing workflow coordination across teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate status, risks, and priorities to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership.
