Job Description

As a Senior Software Developer at Vention, you will be a key contributor to the architecture and
development of internal tools, system integrations, and ERP-connected platform features, from initial
concept to production deployment.
Key responsibilities:
● Architect, build, and deploy NetSuite integrations and customizations using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk
(REST/SOAP), SuiteFlow, and RESTlets.
● Design and implement middleware and integration layers between NetSuite and internal or
external systems using NestJS and TypeScript, while building and improving NetSuite workflows
and integrations that streamline finance processes and ensure reliable, consistent data flow
across business systems.
● Develop and enhance internal tools that support warehouse operations, inventory management,
receiving, and fulfillment workflows.
● Establish observability, alerting, and recovery practices so issues are caught early and resolved
with confidence.
● Partner with finance, operations, and product teams to translate business processes into reliable
technical solutions, and clearly communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs.
● Develop and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
● Review code and contribute to architectural decisions to ensure technical excellence.

Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
● Hands-on experience integrating with NetSuite (SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, RESTlets)
● Strong experience writing automated tests and maintaining high standards of code quality.
● Proficiency in React and TypeScript, with enterprise-level experience.
● Experience with React.js and React Native.
● Experience working with RESTful APIs.
● Solid understanding of relational databases.
● A humble attitude with a willingness to receive feedback as you are not afraid of not being the
expert in the room.
● A bachelor’s degree or higher in Software Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
