POSITION SUMMARY:
The EBS Process & Performance Excellence Sr. DIrector is responsible for driving operational effectiveness, service performance, continuous improvement, and governance across Enterprise Business Services (EBS). This role serves as the bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring services are delivered efficiently, consistently, and with measurable business value.
In addition, this leader serves as the enterprise owner and architect of process and performance excellence, establishing the frameworks, governance structures, and operating model required to drive standardization, automation, service quality, customer experience, and strategic business outcomes across all EBS service lines.
The leader integrates Process Excellence and Performance Excellence into a unified operating model and is accountable for translating strategy into execution, ensuring alignment between enterprise priorities, operational capabilities, and measurable value realization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develops and executes the Process and Performance Excellence strategy, operating model, and roadmap for EBS, ensuring alignment with enterprise priorities, transformation objectives, and desired performance outcomes.
  • Creates and maintains governance frameworks for process ownership, service performance, continuous improvement, value realization, and enterprise standards that promote consistency, accountability, and operational excellence.
  • Serves as a key member of the EBS leadership team and trusted advisor to senior leaders, helping shape decisions related to operating model design, transformation priorities, performance outcomes, and organizational capability.
  • Establish enterprise service management and performance frameworks, including KPIs, SLAs, customer experience measures, benchmarking, governance forums, and improvement routines that drive operational effectiveness and business value.
  • Drives enterprise process governance, architecture, simplification, and optimization across EBS, sponsoring transformation and continuous improvement initiatives that leverage Lean Six Sigma, automation, process management, and operational excellence methodologies.
  • Defines the analytics and insights strategy and partner with Digital, IT, and Data organizations to leverage AI, automation, process mining, and emerging technologies, while ensuring appropriate governance, risk management, and value realization for enabled solutions.
  • Oversees strategic vendor and service delivery partnerships; strengthen capabilities in process excellence, performance management, analytics, and operational governance; lead talent development and succession planning; and drive measurable improvements in productivity, service quality, customer experience, and cost performance.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field required.
  • Fifteen (15) or more years of diversified Finance or Accounting experience required.
  • Eight (8) or more years of experience managing leaders of leaders and cross-functional teams, with demonstrated experience influencing key stakeholders, required.
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma preferred.
