BrainBox AI, a Trane Technologies business, is seeking aSr. Manager, Professional Servicesto build and lead a new professional services practice focused on implementing SaaS AI solutions that optimize HVAC operations across customer building portfolios. This leader will play a critical role in shaping the strategy, structure, and execution model for a services organization that delivers measurable customer outcomes, including reduced energy costs, lower emissions, and improved operational performance.

The ideal candidate brings a unique combination ofHVAC domain expertise, enterprise SaaS AI implementation experience, people leadership, analytics depth, and executive presence. This person will be responsible for developing a scalable professional services function that supports customer deployment success while driving business value for both clients and BrainBox AI.

What you will do:

  • Build and lead a newProfessional Services practicefor BrainBox AI, including organizational design, delivery model, processes, and team capabilities.

  • Develop the strategic vision and operating framework for implementingSaaS AI solutionsfocused on HVAC optimization.

  • Lead end-to-end customer implementation programs, ensuring successful deployment, adoption, and realization of business value.

  • Establish best practices, methodologies, governance models, and playbooks for professional services delivery.

  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, customer success, engineering, and operations teams to support customer outcomes and scalable growth.

  • Translate complex technical, operational, and analytical concepts into clear business recommendations for executive stakeholders.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on HVAC optimization strategies, implementation planning, operational transformation, and performance improvement.

  • Build, coach, and manage a high-performing team, fostering accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Leverage data, analytics, and performance insights to guide implementations, measure impact, and improve service delivery effectiveness.

  • Drive results for customers through improved building performance, reduced energy consumption, and emissions reduction.

  • Contribute to BrainBox AI's business growth by creating a professional services organization that is efficient, scalable, and aligned to company goals.

  • Support executive-level presentations, business reviews, and strategic planning discussions internally and externally.

  • Travel as needed, up to 50%, to support customer engagements and team leadership activities.

What you will bring:

  • Bachelors degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or business

  • 10+ years of experience implementingenterprise SaaS AI solutionsin the HVAC space.

  • Experience working either:

    • as a consultant for a service provider delivering HVAC optimization or enterprise SaaS/AI implementations, and/or

    • as an implementation leader responsible for HVAC optimization across a portfolio of buildings.

  • Proven experience building, leading, and managing teams and/or service delivery organizations.

  • Strong executive communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.

  • Demonstrated strategic thinking, business acumen, and strong presentation skills.

  • Deep experience inanalytics, data management, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Strong HVAC operational knowledge and understanding of building systems optimization.

  • Track record of delivering measurable business results for customers and for the company you represent.

  • Ability to lead in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment with a high degree of ownership and ambiguity.

  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 50%.
