Senior Operations Analyst

Position Responsibilities

  • Diagnose business challenges by identifying trends and performing root cause analysis to understand what's really happening behind the data.

  • Synthesize findings into concise written summaries that explain the "so what," recommended actions and expected impact.

  • Collaborate across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain teams to design analyses that inform business decisions.

  • Contribute to high-visibility initiatives that influence company strategy, customer experience and operational efficiency.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree. MBA preferred.

  • 5+ years of experience in an analytical or business insights role.

  • Strong communicator able to present data-driven narratives to executives.

  • Proficient in SQL and Excel with the demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis.
