The Opportunity
As a Provider Clinical Operations Consultant, Senior Manager, you will engage with clients in the health services sector to drive operational improvements and strategic initiatives. Within our Management Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to deliver impactful solutions that enhance client operations and performance. This role involves working closely with clients to identify opportunities for process optimization and implementing innovative strategies to achieve their goals.
As a Senior Manager, you will lead large projects, applying your sound judgment and strategic advising skills to navigate complex challenges. You will motivate and coach teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages problem-solving and innovation. Your role will involve interacting with clients at a senior level, providing insights and guidance to drive project success and contribute to the firm's business strategies.

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
