This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Ad Operations Analyst based in Netherlands.

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated Ad Operations Analyst to support the execution and optimization of digital advertising campaigns in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Accountabilities:

The Ad Operations Analyst will support the setup, monitoring, analysis, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns while ensuring accurate reporting and campaign performance. Key responsibilities include:

  • Set up, manage, and monitor digital advertising campaigns across multiple marketing platforms.
  • Track key performance indicators such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and other campaign metrics to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze campaign data daily and recommend data-driven improvements to maximize performance.
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery issues and ensure smooth execution throughout the campaign lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement campaign strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Build reports, dashboards, and performance summaries using Excel, Google Sheets, and advertising platform reporting tools.
  • Conduct ongoing testing of creatives, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and other campaign variables to improve results.
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy while managing recurring campaign management and reporting tasks.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to develop expertise in digital advertising and performance marketing. Successful applicants will possess:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in a STEM discipline such as Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
