Position Summary...Role summary:
The Senior Analyst, Service Excellence plays a critical role in enhancing organizational performance by applying strategic frameworks and business insights to improve service delivery and stakeholder satisfaction. This position involves managing projects, analyzing business requirements, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize processes and operational efficiency. The role requires collaboration with multiple stakeholders to resolve issues, support contract and vendor management, and ensure adherence to service-level agreements. The Senior Analyst contributes to advancing service quality and productivity while supporting the organization’s broader business objectives through data-driven decision-making and effective problem-solving.
About the team:
The Spark Earnings Excellence (SEE) Team ensures precise calculation, disbursement, and reporting of independent contractor earnings with a focus on compliance and data integrity. The team drives continuous improvement and operational rigor across complex processes, enhancing company performance and the global contractor experience. SEE collaborates closely with stakeholders to maintain strategic alignment and improve service delivery. Emphasizing leadership and cross-functional collaboration, the team implements effective solutions, upholds high standards, and supports ongoing process enhancements that contribute to organizational success and operational excellence.   • Analyze business data to support decision-making and improve organizational performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify service issues and implement effective solutions.
  • Manage service delivery processes ensuring adherence to service-level agreements and quality standards.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and stakeholder experience.
  • Support project activities by tracking progress, managing milestones, and facilitating change management.
  • Evaluate contracts and vendor performance to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge resources to support service excellence and operational efficiency.


What you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in stakeholder management and service excellence within complex organizational environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills utilizing diagnostic tools and methodologies to identify and resolve business challenges.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects, including tracking progress, meeting milestones, and supporting change management initiatives.
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement processes such as Kaizen or Six Sigma to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Understanding of business requirements across finance, operations, and service-level agreements to support decision-making.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and improve service delivery.

The annual salary range for this position is $50,000.00 - $95,000.00
