Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Operations Research/Systems Analyst to join our team! In this role you will apply operations research and systems analysis methodologies to support Operations in the Information Environment (OIE).

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provides quantitative, decision-focused analysis that informs planning, execution, and assessment.

  • Supports J39 leadership by translating complex operational problems into structured analytic models that improve understanding of tradeoffs, risk, and effectiveness.

  • Designs and executes analytic studies, simulations, and models to evaluate OIE COAs, LOEs, and operational concepts, assessing feasibility, resource requirements, timelines, and risk. Conducts cost-benefit, risk, and performance analyses to compare options and support COA development, wargaming, and decision briefs.

  • Integrates data from intelligence reporting, operational assessments, commercial analytics, and planning inputs to assess system behavior, dependencies, and potential second- and third-order effects in the information environment.

  • Supports assessment planning by helping define measurable indicators, thresholds, and decision points, ensuring OIE activities are learnable and adaptable.

  • Collaborates closely with planners, analysts, assessment managers, data scientists, and operational stakeholders to ensure analytic outputs are operationally relevant, transparent, and defensible.

  • Communicates complex findings through clear visualizations and executive-level briefings, enabling commanders and staff to make informed, risk-aware decisions.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree and 13+ years experience. Years of comparable experience can be used in lieu of degree. (HS diploma 17+ years, Associates 15+ years, Masters 10+ years)
  • Must have a current/active TS/SCI clearance or higher
