Responsibilities

JOB PURPOSE
As part of the sales team the primary role of this position is to maximize our on-shelf presence in all outlets
served by the merchandiser. Additionally, when required the merchandiser will conduct in-store sampling
sessions and in-store sampling and/or promotions. Planograms must be adhered to for both on and off shelf
displays. Any non-compliance to the agreed arrangements must be reported to the pre-seller immediately. In
addition to these duties the merchandiser is required to supply the pre-seller with the latest market
information in order to take advantage of any selling opportun

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Accountabilities:
Call on specific OT outlets as per daily journey plan provided by your supervisor.
Merchandize SSFL products within your OT stores in the various access points, shelf, stand, floor display.
Place POS material wherever applicable next to our SSFL displays.
Ensure all access points are merchandized as per approved planograms.
Rotate product using FIFO method, and remove sub-standard products.
Maintain clean and fresh stock of SSF products on the shelf at all times.
Monitor and report competitive activities.
Report any deviations from agreed terms with your assigned OT customer / outlet.
Report daily activities of the prior day to your supervisor.
Participate in sampling / redemption campaigns when required.
Maintain appropriate personal appearance, and professional behavior in line with Frito Lay code of conduct.
