Job description

Senior Manager, Merchandising at Red Bull in Denver, CO. The Senior Manager of Merchandising is responsible for overseeing and implementing the national strategy for RBDC's merchandising program. This role aims to enhance partner satisfaction and maintain a strong organizational focus on delivering exceptional merchandising standards, consistently exceeding partner expectations. The individual will offer leadership, support, guidance, and vision to all Merchandising Managers involved in merchandising activities across all RBDC regions.

Qualifications & Experience
  • 5+ years of managerial and/or business development experience is preferred.
  • Strong planning, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly skilled in implementing and executing strategic plans effectively.
  • Advanced expertise in sales merchandising, business development, and retail operations.
  • Proficient in utilizing analytical methods to validate merchandising hypotheses and assess program effectiveness.
  • Demonstrates strong leadership and managerial abilities.
  • Minimum of 5-8 years of experience, including proven results in CPG field sales merchandising.
  • Proven capability as a creative problem solver.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to prepare presentation materials and convey information in both one-on-one and group settings.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with computer ordering systems and other IT systems.
