Senior Mechanical Project Manager position in CA We are a large mechanical contractor that specializes in Plumbing, Piping and HVAC projects throughout California. Responsibilities of Senior Mechanical Project Manager: Manage Scope of large commercial projects: Attend Pre-construction, Manage project through to close-out, purchase materials, manage schedule, estimate needed change-orders, coordinate with design/detailers and other trade-subs, approve materials PO's Additional Responsibilities: Build/Strengthen our relationship with General Contractors and Owners Manage one or multiple commercial mechanical projects Meet with our on-site Superintendents, Foreman, Safety Managers and Sub-Contractors Coordinate schedule, budget, and change orders Communicate with Detailers, Purchasing Department, Suppliers, and Engineers. Identify upcoming and future projects Finish projects on-time and under-budget and exceed owner and general contractor requirements Requirements for Senior Mechanical Project Manager: 5 or more years of Mechanical Project Management experience Experience working on large commercial Plumbing, Piping and/or HVAC projects Preferred: Bachelors Degree (Mechanical or Construction-related) Prior field experience in Plumbing, Piping and/or HVAC Construction Project Management experience Stable work-history So if you are a top-notch Mechanical (Plumbing, Piping, HVAC) Project Manager with 5 or more years of experience, apply today!.
