Senior Manager of Marketing and Loyalty

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Senior Manager of Marketing amp; Loyalty is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, guest acquisition, retention, and loyalty across all 8 locations. This person will own the full marketing function — from digital and social media to local store marketing, loyalty programs, and community engagement — and will play a key role in shaping the voice and identity of our brand.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand amp; Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan aligned with company revenue and growth goals

  • Own and evolve the brand identity, voice, and visual standards across all touchpoints

  • Ensure brand consistency across all 8 locations in messaging, design, and guest experience

  • Lead creative development for campaigns, promotions, seasonal initiatives, and new location openings

  • Collaborate with ownership and operations leadership to align marketing efforts with business priorities

Digital Marketing amp; Social Media

  • Oversee all digital marketing channels including social media, email marketing, SMS, paid advertising, SEO/SEM, and the company website

  • Develop and manage a content calendar that drives engagement, traffic, and conversions

  • Manage and grow the brand's presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Google, and other relevant platforms

  • Analyze digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

  • Oversee paid media strategy and budget allocation across all digital channels

Loyalty Program Management

  • Own the strategy, development, and day-to-day management of the guest loyalty program

  • Drive loyalty program enrollment, engagement, and retention through targeted campaigns and incentives

  • Analyze loyalty data to identify trends, guest behavior, and opportunities to increase visit frequency and spend

  • Partner with operations amp; technology teams to ensure seamless loyalty experience for guests

  • Develop personalized marketing campaigns based on guest data and loyalty insights

Local Store Marketing (LSM)

  • Develop and implement local marketing strategies tailored to each of the 8 locations and their surrounding communities

  • Support location managers with grassroots marketing, community partnerships, and local events

  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and influencers to drive traffic and brand awareness

  • Oversee grand opening and anniversary marketing plans for locations

Guest Retention amp; CRM

  • Manage the customer relationship management (CRM) platform and guest database

  • Develop segmented email and SMS marketing campaigns to drive repeat visits and increase guest lifetime value

  • Monitor guest feedback, online reviews, and reputation management across all platforms

  • Develop strategies to re-engage lapsed guests and reward top loyalists

Analytics amp; Reporting

  • Track, analyze, and report on all marketing KPIs including traffic, revenue impact, loyalty enrollment, digital engagement, and campaign performance

  • Present regular marketing performance reports to senior leadership

  • Use data to continuously refine and improve marketing strategies and budget allocation

  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to keep the brand ahead of the curve

Team Leadership amp; Budget Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a marketing team (in-house staff and/or agency partners)

  • Manage the overall marketing budget across all locations with a focus on efficiency and ROI

  • Source and manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and content creators

  • Foster a collaborative, creative, and results-driven team culture
