Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Learning & Development Consultant to support the Global Technology Organization. This role partners with technology leaders and HR to consult, design, and deliver skillsbased learning solutions that build critical capabilities across engineering, product, platforms, data, and emerging technologies. This position is ideal for a learning professional who combines consulting mindset, technology fluency, execution, and who can translate business priorities into scalable, roledriven learning strategies. In this role, you will:

  • Consult with Technology leaders to assess skill gaps, diagnose performance needs, and recommend learning solutions aligned to business outcomes.
  • Lead endtoend learning initiatives, delivering moderately complex, rolebased and skillsfocused solutions for diverse technology audiences.
  • Design and implement learning strategies and learning paths that support onboarding, upskilling, reskilling, and leadership readiness.
  • Apply a performance consulting approach, leveraging data and insights to guide recommendations and demonstrate impact.
  • Partner closely with instructional design and delivery teams to ensure modern, effective, and scalable learning experiences.
  • Manage daytoday execution of projects, including timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and risks.
  • Contribute to largescale planning efforts within Technology Learning and Talent Management.
  • Mentor and guide peers, supporting team capability and knowledge sharing.
  • Navigate enterprise governance, risk, and compliance requirements while delivering solutions efficiently.

Required Qualifications

  • 4+ years of Learning & Development consulting experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, education, training, or military experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience consulting with and delivering learning solutions to technology organizations.
  • Strong understanding of technology roles, skill frameworks, and operating models (e.g., agile, productbased teams).
  • Experience with technology learning, performance consulting, AIenabled learning, or productoriented learning solutions.
  • Demonstrated success designing endtoend, skillsbased and roledriven learning strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead moderately complex initiatives and contribute to enterprise or functional planning.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholderinfluencing skills.

Job Expectations:

  • This opportunity provides a hybrid work schedule at one of the posted locations.
