Senior IT Managers often encounter challenges when coordinating across multiple departments, such as aligning differing priorities, managing communication gaps, and balancing resource allocation. Effective leadership requires fostering collaboration between IT and business units, translating technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders, and ensuring projects remain on schedule and within budget.
