You'll be responsible for:
  • Lead safe, compliant, and highquality delivery while promoting inclusivity, wellbeing, and adherence to Mace's Safety First values.
  • Develop and implement PMO and Project Controls frameworks, strengthening service excellence and industry engagement.
  • Manage cost, schedule, risk, change, and reporting processes, supporting longterm strategic development.
  • Mentor and develop teams, drive best practice, and support PMO resourcing and capability growth.
     
You'll need to have:
  • Experienced in leading PMO and Project Controls across complex construction projects and multiple sectors.
  • Proficient in risk, planning and reporting tools, including Primavera, Power BI and associated software.
  • Strong communicator with stakeholder influence, relationship building, and presentation capability.
  • Degree-qualified with relevant professional memberships and progress toward chartership or equivalent.
 
The estimated salary for this position is $130,000. Starting salary may vary based on permissible, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, skills, and qualifications.
