A well-established financial services organization is seeking a Senior Information Technology Manager to lead the day-to-day management of the firm's technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, and end-user support environment.
This role is ideal for an experienced technology professional who enjoys balancing hands-on technical leadership with team coordination, vendor management, and continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring a secure, reliable, and efficient technology environment that supports the organization's business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily technology operations, infrastructure, and end-user support services
  • Manage enterprise hardware, software, cloud-based systems, communications platforms, and workplace technologies
  • Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, user provisioning, and technology lifecycle management processes
  • Maintain and support collaboration platforms, conference room technology, and productivity solutions
  • Monitor infrastructure performance, system availability, and operational reliability
  • Partner with leadership to identify technology needs and implement practical solutions
  • Support cybersecurity programs, vulnerability management efforts, and security best practices
  • Coordinate technology audits, assessments, testing activities, and remediation initiatives as needed
