Position Summary:
The Senior IT Manager will lead and oversee the IT operations across multiple manufacturing sites. Each site has a dedicated IT Manager, who will report directly to this role. The Senior IT Manager will focus on creating and implementing standardized IT processes, driving technology improvements, and aligning IT strategies to meet the operational goals of each location. This role requires a strong leader who can effectively manage a distributed team, enhance collaboration, and ensure uniformity and compliance in IT operations across all sites.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 8-10 years of IT management experience, preferably in a multi-site manufacturing or industrial environment, including direct management of site-level IT Managers.
  • Demonstrated expert-level knowledge of NIST 800-171 standards and CMMC frameworks to ensure government and contractual compliance. Responsible for auditing and oversight-ensuring that all sites are meeting CMMC readiness.
  • Proven success in creating and implementing standardized IT processes, policies, and protocols across multiple locations to align with corporate operational goals.
  • Comprehensive hands-on proficiency in network infrastructure, cybersecurity (including Tanium, Crowdstrike, and Rapid7), cloud computing, and enterprise systems.
  • Extensive hands-on IT experience with hypervisor technologies (e.g., VMware ESXi/vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V) to manage and optimize virtualized server environments.
  • Accountable for developing and aligning the IT roadmap with enterprise-wide security programs and policies.
  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with a proven ability to mentor and develop both in-person and remote site IT Managers.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Pay Transparency:
Winchester Interconnect Corporation is committed to pay transparency. The pay range for this position is $140,000 - $160,000 (DOE) per year, plus incentive compensation. Exact salary will be contingent upon your experience, education, skills, and any other factors Winchester Interconnect Corporation considers relevant to the hiring decision.
