Berglund Luxury Roanoke is seeking an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager to work with our four luxury franchisesβ€”Range Rover, Volvo, Mercedes-Benz, and Infiniti. This position offers exceptional opportunity for a motivated, results-driven F&I professional who thrives in a luxury sales environment. The successful candidate will bring prior automotive F&I experience, strong performance metrics, and a commitment to providing an elevated ownership experience for every client while maximizing finance and protection product opportunities.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the finance and insurance processes for high-end luxury vehicles across our four dealership locations.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with lending institutions, insurance providers, and customers.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies related to financing and insurance transactions.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying and recommending appropriate financial products and services.
  • Train and mentor junior finance staff to maintain high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Analyze financial data and performance metrics to maximize revenue and profitability within the finance department.
  • Collaborate closely with sales, service, and management teams to enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Finance & Insurance Manager, preferably within the luxury automotive industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive financing, leasing, and insurance products.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills essential for building trust with luxury clientele.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with finance-related software and dealership management systems.
