Position Summary:

The Human Resources Manager will serve as a key partner to operations leadership, supporting multiple locations across the country. This role requires a hands-on HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-site environment and is comfortable traveling extensively. The ideal candidate has proven experience managing HR functions across multiple locations and can drive consistency, compliance, and culture across a distributed workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with regional and site leadership to support HR strategy and business objectives
  • Oversee HR operations across multiple locations, ensuring consistency in policies and practices
  • Lead employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, and performance management
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws across all assigned locations
  • Support talent acquisition efforts, workforce planning, and onboarding initiatives
  • Drive engagement initiatives and promote a positive workplace culture
  • Analyze HR metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
  • Train and coach managers on HR best practices, policies, and procedures
  • Manage change initiatives across multiple sites, ensuring smooth implementation
  • Travel regularly to support field operations and build strong relationships with site teams

Qualifications:

  • Required:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
    • 5+ years of progressive HR experience
    • Proven experience managing HR across multiple locations
    • Strong employee relations and conflict resolution skills
    • Willingness and ability to travel
    • Must be available to work weekends as sites operate 24/7

  • 100% in-person role
  • Frequent travel required to various company locations nationwide
