General Description: Human Resource Manager

Location:Irvine, CA (On-site)
Employment Type:Full-Time
Schedule:Monday Friday
Flexible Start Time:Employees may begin their workday between 6:00 AM and 7:00 AM, with corresponding end times.


General Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary HR contact, providing strategic and day-to-day support across the organization.
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, offboarding, and workforce planning.
  • Administer HR policies, programs, and practices in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Manage employee relations, leaves of absence, benefits, and retirement plan administration.
  • Maintain HRIS and applicant tracking systems, ensuring data integrity and efficient workflows.
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve HR processes, programs, and documentation.
  • Coordinate employee training programs, including regulatory and compliance training.
  • Broker-Dealer registered representative HR and compliance-related tasks.
  • Partner with leadership on performance management, compensation, organizational development, and talent initiatives.
  • Analyze workforce trends and recommend solutions to support business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Finance, IT, and business leaders to implement firm-wide initiatives.
  • Identify organizational risks and process improvement opportunities and independently implement solutions.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Equivalent work experience acceptable in lieu of a degree.
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive Human Resources experience.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and improve HR processes, systems, and infrastructure.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of Bamboo HR and Insperity platforms is helpful.
  • Multi-state experience preferred.
  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR certification preferred.


Compensation:

$80,000 to $95,000 based on experience
