Interim offers a benefit package and starting salary range of $50k to $60K plus the opportunity to earn a bonus quarterly.

Responsibilities:

As an Interim recruiter, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruitment of healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Lead all aspects of the recruiting process: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to meet organizational needs, collaborating closely with other departments.
  • Develop, build, and maintain candidate relationships: Utilize effective sourcing and selection techniques to foster and maintain relationships with potential candidates.
  • Proactively sell and recruit healthcare professionals: Utilize multiple sources and strategies to actively engage and recruit healthcare professionals who are a strong fit for our organization.
  • Experience working within an ATS.
  • Experience utilizing social media platforms to build connections and strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred: Although not mandatory, having a bachelor's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of full-cycle recruiting experience: You should have at least two years of recruiting experience in full-cycle recruitment, either in an agency or corporate environment.
  • One year of high-volume healthcare-related recruitment experience: Experience in recruiting healthcare professionals, including RNs, LPN's, CNAs, Medical Assistants, and front-line support positions is a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and cold call candidates: Your ability to proactively source and reach out to potential candidates is crucial to your success in this role.
