Job description

Healthcare Recruiter | Talent Acquisition
Recruit with purpose. Build teams that change lives.
Salary $70-85k - Hybrid - must live in MA or CT
What if your next recruiting role was about more than filling positions?
At Ascentria Care Alliance, every person we hire has the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. As our organization continues to grow and expand services across the communities we serve, we are looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Healthcare Recruiter who loves connecting great people with meaningful work and understands that behind every open position is a team, a resident, a client, or a community counting on us.
This is an opportunity for a recruiter who wants to own their searches, build relationships, get creative, and see the direct impact of their work while helping support a growing organization dedicated to making a lasting difference.
What You'll Do
  • Own full-cycle recruitment for a variety of healthcare and mission-driven positions.
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring leaders and become a trusted talent advisor.
  • Source and engage candidates, not simply wait for applications.
  • Create talent pipelines for high-demand and hard-to-fill positions.
  • Deliver a warm, responsive, and engaging candidate experience from first conversation through hire.
  • Participate in hiring events, community outreach, and onsite recruitment initiatives.
  • Use recruiting data and trends to identify opportunities and adjust strategies.
  • Help us continue to strengthen how we attract, hire, and welcome exceptional people into our organization.
  • Play a key role in supporting our growth by helping build the workforce needed to expand our impact and serve more individuals, families, and communities.

Who We're Looking For
You're someone who genuinely loves recruiting and loves people. You're proactive, organized, creative, comfortable juggling multiple priorities, and energized by finding the right person for the right opportunity.
Experience recruiting within healthcare, long-term care/skilled nursing, human services, or the nonprofit sector is strongly preferred. Experience recruiting nurses, CNAs, clinical professionals, or other high-volume healthcare roles is a big plus.
Most importantly, we're looking for someone who understands that great recruiting is about relationships, not transactions.
Why Ascentria?
Our mission is simple but powerful:
We are called to strengthen communities by empowering people to respond to life's challenges.
Ascentria is growing, and with that growth comes exciting opportunities to shape the future of our workforce and the impact we have on the communities we serve. Our Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in helping us expand services, support our programs, and bring exceptional people into our organization.
If you're ready to bring your recruiting experience somewhere it can have a meaningful impact, we would love to meet you.
Come recruit with purpose. Come grow with us. Come help build the teams that make our mission possible.
