Role Overview:

We’re looking for a highly experienced Senior Healthcare Account Manager to lead our strategic client relationships across the healthcare domain. As a pivotal member of the team, you’ll draw on deep industry knowledge and proven leadership to drive business growth, ensure client satisfaction, and build long-term partnerships that scale.

What You’ll Do:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for key healthcare clients
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships built on a deep understanding of client needs and objectives
  • Manage client expectations, deliverables, and escalations to drive satisfaction and retention

Strategic Account Planning and Execution

  • Develop comprehensive account plans aligned to organizational goals and client strategies
  • Lead cross-functional teams — sales, marketing, and technical — to execute account plans effectively
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, and drive initiatives to capitalize on them

Business Development and Sales Strategy

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement sales strategies aligned to client objectives and market trends
  • Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and contract renewals
  • Actively pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects

Market Analysis and Competitive Intelligence

  • Stay abreast of healthcare industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape
  • Use market insights to identify threats and opportunities, and adjust account strategies accordingly
  • Provide strategic recommendations to senior management based on market analysis and competitive intelligence

Performance Tracking and Reporting

  • Monitor and analyze key account metrics, revenue forecasts, and performance against goals

  • Use CRM systems and other tools to maintain accurate account records and document client interactions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in account management or business development within the healthcare industry
  • A proven track record of managing large, complex accounts and achieving revenue targets
  • Deep understanding of healthcare products, services, and the regulatory environment
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities

Additional Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel as needed to client sites and industry events
  • Certification in Account Management (e.g., CAM or equivalent) preferred

Pay:

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Fractal, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the starting base salary for this role is $, with the potential for a higher base depending on experience, skills, and overall fit for the position. This role is also eligible for a performance-based bonus tied to achieving sales goals related to new client acquisition and project growth.

As a full-time employee of the company or as an hourly employee working more than 30 hours per week, you will be eligible to participate in the health, dental, vision, life insurance, and disability plans in accordance with the plan documents, which may be amended from time to time. You will be eligible for benefits on the first day of employment with the Company. In addition, you are eligible to participate in the Company 401(k) Plan after 30 days of employment, in accordance with the applicable plan terms. The Company provides for 11 paid holidays and 12 weeks of Parental Leave. We also follow a “free time” PTO policy, allowing you the flexibility to take time needed for either sick time or vacation.
