As the Regional Healthcare Manager (RHM) for the Pacific Northwest Market , you'll serve as Steelcase's healthcare expert in one of our most critical regions-driving new business, influencing strategy, and deepening relationships across customers, dealers, and internal partners.

What You Will Do
As the Regional Healthcare Manager , your primary responsibilities and objectives include:
  • -Drive new business development within the healthcare market, with a heavy focus on identifying and converting high-priority opportunities

  • -Build, maintain , and grow strong relationships with healthcare clients, dealers, and A&D partners across the Pacific Northwest marke t

  • -Serve as the regional healthcare subject matter expert, influencing customers and internal teams with market insight and strategy

  • -Collaborate closely with dealers to deliver value-driven solutions and strengthen alignment across shared accounts

  • -Develop and execute critical account strategies in partnership with regional leadership

  • -Support growth in healthcare RFPs and expand Steelcase's presence across the healthcare portfolio

(This role is approximately 70% new business development and field-based activity, and 30% existing account management.)
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must meet all minimum qualifications to be considered:
  • -Ability to cover the Washington 70%, Oregon 20% and 10% Alaska Market

  • -Ability to work independently in a field-based, highly relationship-driven role

  • -Experience leading complex new business development efforts within healthcare

  • -5+ years of industry or related experience , with demonstrated success in healthcare sales or design

  • -Must be located or willing to relocate to Seattle

  • -Must be willing to travel 25% of the time

Desired Skills and Experience
The following qualifications are not required , but will differentiate candidates:
  • -Established relationships with healthcare customers, dealers, and/or A&D firms in the Seattle market

  • -Strong understanding of dealer networks and how to influence multiple stakeholders

  • -Ability to operate as a trusted advisor and thought partner with customers and internal teams

  • -Ability to collaborate on complex account strategies in a team selling environment

  • -Proven healthcare environments sales experience

Working Style & Environment
  • Hybrid work model with significant time spent in the field with customers and dealers

  • No set working hours, with flexibility to manage time based on client and business needs

  • Regular travel throughout the Pacific Northwest region is expected

Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
