As a senior member of our Communications and Marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating, preparing, and delivering responses to requests for proposals (RFPs), requests for qualifications (RFQs), and strategic presentations. Depending on your experience, you may also assume people management responsibilities, serve as a resource to team members, and lead larger and more complex business opportunities.

You will play a key role in positioning the organization with current and prospective clients by developing winning strategies that support our growth objectives and showcase our expertise. You will be part of a dynamic and collaborative team where initiative, leadership, and teamwork are valued, while working closely with stakeholders across various areas of the organization.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of complex proposals while ensuring compliance with client requirements, schedules, and quality standards.
  • Analyze solicitation documents to identify success factors, compliance requirements, risks, and opportunities for differentiation.
  • Collaborate with business development, operations, estimating, and leadership teams to develop winning pursuit strategies and compelling key messages.
  • Depending on experience, mentor and support team members in their professional development and the sharing of best practices.
  • Guide the adaptation and customization of content to highlight the organization's experience, differentiators, and competitive advantages.
  • Conduct interviews with subject matter experts and perform research to develop strategic, accurate, and client-focused responses.
  • Review, consolidate, and enhance proposal deliverables to ensure quality, consistency, and impact.
  • Contribute to the preparation of executive presentations, client interviews, and other activities related to selection processes.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve team tools, templates, processes, and best practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize processes, drive innovation, and create value.
  • Develop creative and differentiated approaches that strengthen the organization's position and improve proposal competitiveness.

Experience and Education :

  • Over 5 years of experience in proposals, marketing, business administration, communications, writing, or a related field. This position may be filled at the intermediate or senior level, depending on the experience and qualifications of the successful candidate.
  • Excellent written French skills.
  • Good proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Bilingual in French and English.
  • Strong understanding of technical writing.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry (an asset).
