À titre de monteur vidéo senior, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans le développement et la réalisation de concepts visuels pour des campagnes vidéo, des publicités et du contenu multimédia. Vous participerez dès la phase de création en collaborant avec les équipes de production et serez responsable du montage ainsi que de la direction artistique globale des projets vidéo. Votre sens artistique et votre expertise technique vous permettront de créer des vidéos marquantes tout en respectant l'identité visuelle de notre marque.

Responsabilités :

  • Développer des concepts visuels et définir le style artistique des projets en collaboration avec l'équipe de création.
  • Effectuer le montage et l'assemblage des séquences vidéo conformément à la vision créative du projet.
  • Superviser l'intégration des effets visuels, des éléments graphiques et des transitions afin d'assurer une cohérence artistique et visuelle.
  • Réaliser l'étalonnage des couleurs, la conception sonore et le mixage audio pour produire des vidéos immersives.
  • Se tenir à jour des tendances visuelles et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie afin de demeurer à l'avant-garde.
  • Opérer des caméras numériques, de l'équipement d'éclairage, des stabilisateurs (gimbals) et les systèmes connexes.
  • Soutenir la production créative sur les tournages en exécutant les directives du responsable vidéo.
  • Préparer, transporter et effectuer l'entretien de base de l'équipement vidéo et photographique.
  • Maintenir et mettre à jour régulièrement les ressources du wiki créatif interne afin que les contenus demeurent à jour et répondent aux besoins de l'équipe.
  • Participer à la préproduction et gérer une partie de la logistique liée aux tournages créatifs.
  • Gérer plusieurs projets simultanément tout en respectant des échéanciers serrés.
  • Atout : Expérience en design graphique et en création de ressources visuelles.


Qualifications :


  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience en montage vidéo, avec un excellent sens de la direction artistique.
  • Excellente maîtrise des logiciels de montage et de création visuelle (Adobe Premiere Pro et After Effects).
  • Grande capacité à développer des concepts créatifs et à raconter des histoires à l'aide de l'image et du son.
  • Expérience dans la gestion complète de projets, de la conception à la livraison, avec une attention exceptionnelle aux détails.
  • Connaissance approfondie des tendances en design visuel, particulièrement pour les médias sociaux et les plateformes numériques.
  • Esprit collaboratif et aptitude à travailler en équipe.
  • Permis de conduire valide ou capacité à se déplacer selon les besoins.

Position Summary :


As a senior video editor, you will play a key role in developing and executing visual concepts for video campaigns, advertisements, and multimedia content. You will be involved from the creative phase, collaborating with the production teams, and will be responsible for editing as well as the overall art direction of video projects. Your artistic sensibility and technical expertise will allow you to create memorable videos while reflecting our brand's visual identity.


Responsibilities :

  • Develop visual concepts and define the artistic style of projects in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Edit and assemble video sequences according to the project's creative vision.
  • Oversee the integration of visual effects, graphics, and transitions to ensure artistic and visual harmony.
  • Manage color grading, sound design, and audio mixing to create immersive videos.
  • Stay up-to-date with current visual trends and best practices to remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Operate digital cameras, lighting equipments, gimbal, and related systems.
  • Support on-set creative production by executing direction from the Video Lead.
  • Prepare, transport, and perform basic maintenance on video and photography equipment.
  • Maintain and regularly update internal creative wiki resources to keep assets current and aligned with team needs.
  • Assist with and manage part of the pre-production and logistics related to creative shoots.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in graphic design and visual asset creation.

Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience in video editing with a strong sense of art direction.
  • Excellent command of editing and visual creation software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong ability to develop creative concepts and tell stories through image and sound.
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish with exceptional attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of visual design trends, particularly on social media and digital platforms
  • Collaborative spirit and enjoys teamwork
  • Valid driver’s license or ability to travel as required
