titre de monteur vido senior, vous jouerez un rle cl dans le dveloppement et la ralisation de concepts visuels pour des campagnes vido, des publicits et du contenu multimdia. Vous participerez ds la phase de cration en collaborant avec les quipes de production et serez responsable du montage ainsi que de la direction artistique globale des projets vido. Votre sens artistique et votre expertise technique vous permettront de crer des vidos marquantes tout en respectant l'identit visuelle de notre marque.

Responsabilits :

  • Dvelopper des concepts visuels et dfinir le style artistique des projets en collaboration avec l'quipe de cration.
  • Effectuer le montage et l'assemblage des squences vido conformment la vision crative du projet.
  • Superviser l'intgration des effets visuels, des lments graphiques et des transitions afin d'assurer une cohrence artistique et visuelle.
  • Raliser l'talonnage des couleurs, la conception sonore et le mixage audio pour produire des vidos immersives.
  • Se tenir jour des tendances visuelles et des meilleures pratiques de l'industrie afin de demeurer l'avant-garde.
  • Oprer des camras numriques, de l'quipement d'clairage, des stabilisateurs (gimbals) et les systmes connexes.
  • Soutenir la production crative sur les tournages en excutant les directives du responsable vido.
  • Prparer, transporter et effectuer l'entretien de base de l'quipement vido et photographique.
  • Maintenir et mettre jour rgulirement les ressources du wiki cratif interne afin que les contenus demeurent jour et rpondent aux besoins de l'quipe.
  • Participer la prproduction et grer une partie de la logistique lie aux tournages cratifs.
  • Grer plusieurs projets simultanment tout en respectant des chanciers serrs.
  • Atout : Exprience en design graphique et en cration de ressources visuelles.


Qualifications :


  • Minimum de 5ans d'exprience enmontage vido, avecun excellent sensde la directionartistique.
  • Excellente matrise deslogiciels de montageet de crationvisuelle (Adobe PremierePro et AfterEffects).
  • Grande capacit dvelopper des conceptscratifs et raconter des histoires l'aide de l'imageet du son.
  • Exprience dans lagestion complte deprojets, de laconception lalivraison, avec uneattentionexceptionnelle aux dtails.

Position Summary :


As a senior video editor, you will play a key role in developing and executing visual concepts for video campaigns, advertisements, and multimedia content. You will be involved from the creative phase, collaborating with the production teams, and will be responsible for editing as well as the overall art direction of video projects. Your artistic sensibility and technical expertise will allow you to create memorable videos while reflecting our brand's visual identity.


Responsibilities :

  • Develop visual concepts and define the artistic style of projects in collaboration with the creative team.
  • Edit and assemble video sequences according to the project's creative vision.
  • Oversee the integration of visual effects, graphics, and transitions to ensure artistic and visual harmony.
  • Manage color grading, sound design, and audio mixing to create immersive videos.
  • Stay up-to-date with current visual trends and best practices to remain at the forefront of the industry.
  • Operate digital cameras, lighting equipments, gimbal, and related systems.
  • Support on-set creative production by executing direction from the Video Lead.
  • Prepare, transport, and perform basic maintenance on video and photography equipment.
  • Maintain and regularly update internal creative wiki resources to keep assets current and aligned with team needs.
  • Assist with and manage part of the pre-production and logistics related to creative shoots.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Nice to Have: Experience in graphic design and visual asset creation.

Requirements :

  • 5 years of experience in video editing with a strong sense of art direction.
  • Excellent command of editing and visual creation software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects).
  • Strong ability to develop creative concepts and tell stories through image and sound.
  • Experience managing projects from start to finish with exceptional attention to detail.
  • In-depth knowledge of visual design trends, particularly on social media and digital platforms
  • Collaborative spirit and enjoys teamwork
  • Valid drivers license or ability to travel as required
  • Fluency in English & French
