About the Role

We are hiring apart-timeMarketing Coordinator to support the planning, creation, and execution of our marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, social media, video production, and digital marketing.

Working closely with firm leadership, you will transform technical consulting insights into engaging content that builds our brand, promotes our services, and connects with our audience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their marketing career in a collaborative consulting environment.


What you'll do

  • Develop, schedule, and manage content across the firm's LinkedIn and otherdigital platforms.
  • Create and edit short-form videos, graphics, and marketing materials that align with the firm's brand.
  • Assist in planning and maintaining a content calendar for social media, blogs, newsletters, and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with consultants to turn technical expertise into engaging marketing content.
  • Design presentations, brochures, case studies, and other promotional materials.
  • Monitor marketing analytics and prepare reports on campaign and social media performance.
  • Support website updates and ensure marketing content remains current and consistent.
  • Assist with event promotion, webinars, recruiting campaigns, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Assistwith the preparation and coordination of Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.


Qualifications

Required

  • University education in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, ora related field. (In progress)
  • 0-3year of experience in marketing, communications, or content creation (internships and co-op experience considered).
  • Experience managing LinkedIn or other professional social media platforms.
  • Experience creating digital content, including graphics and short-form videos.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar graphic design tools.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in EnglishandFrench.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
  • Must be located in the Greater Montreal Area.

Considered an Asset

  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, or After Effects).
  • Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro.
  • Familiarity with website content management systems.
  • Experience using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
