Location: Florence, AL / Northwest Alabama and Southern Middle Tennessee project sites

Note: Candidates should be able to travel to project sites primarily in Lauderdale County, with additional work in Colbert County and Lawrence County as needed.

We are looking for an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations on custom home projects. This person will be responsible for keeping jobs organized, subcontractors aligned, quality standards high, and projects moving forward safely and efficiently. Key responsibilities:

  • Manage daily on-site operations for custom home construction projects
