Job description

As a Construction Superintendent you will be tasked with overseeing the construction project from start to finish, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety, and inventory checks throughout the duration of the project. You should have a strong understanding of construction operations and processes. It is important to be able to delegate duties to teams effectively and resolve any issues that may arise on site.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in construction management or similar equivalent experience
  • Grocery, Light Industrial, Data Center, Distribution/Warehouse, Restaurant and/or Retail Ground Up or Tenant Improvement project experience
  • Experience in Microsoft Office: Excel and ProCore


What You’ll Do

  • Maintain quality standards for all aspects of the project
  • Serve as the leader for all on site safety, managing a safe jobsite for all involved
  • Foster good working relationships with all subcontractors on the project
  • Collaborate with project managers and site operation leads
  • Organize facilities/utilities
