Senior Finance Contracting Resource
Our client is seeking a Contract Senior Controller / Director to join their team immediately. This is a hands-on role supporting senior leadership with critical financial insights.
Your success will be defined by your ability to:
  • Perform in-depth financial and operational analysis, delivering insights to C-suite leaders including the President
  • Analyze large data sets, validate data accuracy, and identify gaps to support business decision-making
  • Provide forward-looking and historical analysis to influence strategic direction
  • Collaborate closely with the Controller and finance team to support ongoing business needs
  • Participate in leadership meetings and effectively communicate financial results and insight
  • Take a hands-on approach to problem solving, diving into the details when required
Your strengths include:
  • CPA designation is required
  • Experience at the Senior Controller, Director, or higher level
  • Strong background in construction or project-based industries, understanding contract claims is an asset
  • Advanced Excel and skills, Power BI is an asset
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders
