As our Senior Construction Manager for our Construction Services team in the Pacific Northwest (Tacoma, Seattle, and Wenatchee), you'll step into a high-impact leadership role, guiding the delivery of complex municipal infrastructure projects while helping shape the growth of our Construction Management practice. What You'll Do
As our Senior Construction Manager, you will provide senior-level leadership across project delivery, team development, and business growth, helping drive the continued success of our Construction Management group.
  • Project Leadership & Technical Oversight
    Lead construction management for complex transportation and municipal infrastructure projects, overseeing project delivery with a focus on quality, safety, thorough documentation, and contract compliance. Resolve field issues collaboratively and serve as senior technical resource for CM procedures and inspection practices.
  • Client & Stakeholder Engagement
    Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships; serve as a trusted advisor to clients, agency partners, and project stakeholders.
  • Team Leadership & Operations
    Mentor and develop staff while supporting team operations, staffing, and resource planning, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
  • Business Development, Marketing & Group Growth
    Support and lead business development efforts, including proposals, scope development, fee estimates, and client presentations, while identifying opportunities to expand services and strengthen market presence.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field, or equivalent jobsite experience
  • 10+ years of construction management experience on public infrastructure projects
  • 5+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Familiarity with WSDOT Standard Specifications and WSDOT Construction Manual
  • Proven success in proposal development and client presentations
  • Valid WA driver's license
  • Ability to work on-site in active construction environments, including walking on uneven surfaces, climbing, and exposure to varying site conditions
  • Experience leading teams or mentoring staff is a plus
  • Active Washington PE and/or CCM certification is a plus

Compensation & Benefits
  • Pay Range: $140,000 - $190,000/annual (commensurate with experience)
  • Vehicle Benefit: Auto allowance or company provided vehicle
