Job description

At Dreamstyle Remodeling, we represent the finest brand names in home improvement. Our commitment to quality products, expert craftsmanship, and outstanding service has made us the premier home contractor in the Western U.S. and the largest full-service remodeling company in the nation. We take pride in turning our clients’ visions into reality through superior workmanship and a dedication to excellence.

Dreamstyle Remodeling Inc. is actively seeking skilled stucco contractors to join our growing network. As the nation’s number one remodeling company by sales, we have more stucco work than we can currently fulfill. If you’re a licensed, experienced stucco professional looking for consistent, well-supported projects, we want to hear from you.

What We Offer:
  • High Earning Potential – Earn between $150,000 to $250,000 per year, depending on your speed, quality of work, and project volume. Pay is on a per-project basis — the more you complete, the more you make.

  • Consistent, Year-Round Work – We schedule projects 2–6 weeks in advance, giving you time to plan and ensuring a reliable income across all seasons.

  • No Sales or Lead Costs – We handle all marketing, sales, and customer acquisition — you focus on doing what you do best: quality stucco work.

  • Full Job Support – In-field management and job-site assistance are provided to ensure smooth and successful installations.

  • All Materials Provided – We supply all necessary materials for each job — no need for extra trips or added expenses.

  • Administrative Ease – We take care of all invoicing, customer communication, and collections so you can stay focused on the craft.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Stucco Experience – Strong background in stucco application and repair, including preparation, mixing, applying base and finish coats, and texture matching.

  • Tools & Equipment – Your own truck, stucco tools, scaffolding, and safety gear.

  • Licensing & Insurance – A valid contractor’s license, general liability insurance, and a bond are required.

  • Professionalism & Quality – A commitment to delivering clean, professional finishes and ensuring 5-star customer satisfaction.

  • Reliable Work Ethic – As a 1099 contractor, you’ll manage your own schedule, but have the support of an experienced and organized team behind you.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners regarding the scope of work.

  • Transport and handle materials to and from the job site safely and efficiently.

  • Perform full stucco installations or repairs according to job specifications and customer expectations.

  • Ensure quality control and cleanliness throughout and after each project.

  • Complete project documentation, collect final payments, and submit required paperwork.

Why Work With Dreamstyle?
  • Reliable Bi-Weekly Payments – Including timely compensation for any add-ons or change orders.

  • Constant Flow of Projects – Enjoy a strong pipeline of scheduled work throughout the year.

  • Business Support Provided – No costs for lead generation, sales, or customer follow-up — we handle the business, you handle the build.

Dreamstyle Remodeling is expanding, and we’re looking for reliable, high-quality stucco contractors to help us deliver top-tier results to our clients. If you're ready for consistent work with a nationally recognized company, apply today!
