Workers in these roles typically prepare surfaces, mix stucco materials, and apply them using trowels or spraying equipment. These jobs are often seasonal or project-based, depending on construction schedules and weather conditions. Temporary stucco workers may be hired by contractors for new construction, renovations, or repairs.

Familiarity with tools such as trowels, mixers, scaffolding, and sometimes power sprayers is typically required. Attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team are vital soft skills in this role. These skills and qualities ensure the quality, durability, and aesthetic of stucco finishes while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
