We work with property managers, real estate investors, apartment communities, and commercial property owners to help maintain and improve their assets.

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and self-driven Construction Sales Representative to help expand our client base by connecting with property management companies, apartment complexes, HOAs, real estate investors, and commercial property owners.

This is a fully remote, part-time, commission-only position with unlimited earning potential. There are no office requirements, no set schedule, and no territory restrictions. You will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and securing contracts for remodeling, renovation, and maintenance services.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and contact property management companies and property owners.
  • Generate new business through phone calls, emails, networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Present Elijah Equity Construction Group's maintenance, repair, remodeling, and renovation services.
  • Build long-term relationships with property managers and decision-makers.
  • Schedule meetings and consultations with prospective clients.
  • Follow up on leads and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with company leadership on project opportunities and proposals.
  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Previous sales, business development, construction, property management, or related experience is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with cold calling and prospecting.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
