Project Manager โ€“ Construction & Field Services

San Francisco Bay Area | Hybrid Remote | $110,000โ€“$150,000

We are growing and looking for an experienced Project Manager (Mid Level) to join our expanding Construction & Field Services team. This role is ideal for a motivated construction professional who thrives in both field and office environments and enjoys managing projects from planning through execution.

What Youโ€™ll Do
  • Manage construction and environmental field projects from start to finish
  • Coordinate field activities, subcontractors, crews, materials, and equipment
  • Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work
  • Prepare estimates, proposals, schedules, change orders, and project documentation
  • Track project budgets, schedules, and progress reporting
  • Support field operations, inspections, sampling, and compliance activities as needed
  • Ensure safety standards and regulatory/client requirements are met
  • Collaborate with project teams, superintendents, and clients throughout project lifecycles
What Weโ€™re Looking For
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Environmental Science, or related field preferred
  • 5+ years of construction/project management experience
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with MS Office and project scheduling tools (MS Project, etc.)
  • CAD, GPS surveying, Civil 3D, or Trimble experience is a plus
  • HAZWOPER, PE, PG, QSP, or QSD certifications are preferred but not required
  • Valid California Driverโ€™s License with clean driving record
Additional Details
  • Hybrid office/work-from-home flexibility
  • Must be within commuting distance of San Francisco Bay Area job sites
  • Travel to project sites may be required for extended periods
Compensation

$110,000โ€“$150,000 DOE
