SPOON Events, a Catalyst MXE company, is seeking a Senior Account Manager to lead and grow key client relationships while overseeing the full lifecycle of trade show and event programs. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position is client-facing and requires strong project management and consulting skills. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in the trade show industry, with the ability to support new business development efforts. This is a hybrid position and candidates must live in the Las Vegas area.


Position/Title: Senior Account Manager

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Location: Las Vegas, Hybrid

Compensation: $80,000 annually

Benefits: Full suite of benefits, including 401(k), Health, Dental, Vision, & PTO

Travel: Up to 20%


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, acting as an extension of their internal team.
  • Manage full lifecycle trade show programs, from request for proposal (RFP) through execution and post-event follow-up.
  • Lead client meetings, presentations, and program reviews to understand goals, objectives, and business needs.
  • Collaborate with internal design, engineering, and operations teams to develop exhibit concepts from initial drawings through final installation on the show floor.
  • Present pricing, exhibit designs, and engagement strategies to clients.
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Support new business development initiatives and contribute to the growth of client accounts.
  • Travel to select trade shows and events to oversee installation and dismantle activities as needed (approximately 20%).
  • Maintain a high level of organization and accountability while managing multiple projects.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
