AWS Data Center Operations is seeking an innovative, customer-obsessed Technical Training Manager to own the development and implementation of a new Full-Time Training Team (FTT) for Data Center Operations

As the Technical Training Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of technical trainers to implement Data Center Operations initial training, maintain lab equipment, and ensure continuous improvement to the Data Center Operations training programs.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead a team of technical trainers
- Manage the training programs for Data Center Engineering Operations (DCEO), Data Center Operations (DCO), Infrastructure Delivery (ID), Decommissioning, and Logistics
- Implement standardized training processes that adapt to audience needs
- Create and track performance metrics for training effectiveness
- Establish communication channels between Full Time Training Team (FTT) and stakeholders
- Drive innovation through AI technology and agile methodologies
- Support the design comprehensive learning materials including exercises, tutorials, and assessments
- Measure and report training program impact
- This job will be expected to travel approximately 25% of the time
