Strategic Protection Solutions is seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Representative to expand our client base throughout Texas. This is a high-impact, performance-based role for someone who already has a book of business or established client relationships in the security, property management, or facilities service industry.

Position Summary

You will be responsible for generating new leads, managing relationships, and closing service contracts for:

Armed & Unarmed Guard Services

Vehicle & Foot Patrols

Fire Watch & Emergency Coverage

Event & HOA Security

Corporate, Retail, and Residential Clients

Compensation

Base Pay: $2,000/month

Commission: 10% on new signed contracts

Bonuses: Based on revenue performance and contract retention

Schedule: Independent & flexible ? manage your own pipeline

Requirements

Must bring your own book of business or verifiable sales leads

Minimum 2 years of B2B or service industry sales experience
