W-2 Full Time | $55K–$100K+ OTE | Uncapped Earnings
 

Sales Focus Inc. is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to sell A3 Smart Home security systems directly to homeowners.

This is a full-time W-2 position with base pay plus uncapped commission, offering strong earning potential and clear growth opportunities.

If you enjoy talking with people and want a career where your income reflects your performance, this could be a great fit.

Compensation

  • Base pay + uncapped commission

  • On-Target Earnings: $55,000 – $100,000+

  • Full-time W-2 employment

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with homeowners in residential neighborhoods

  • Educate customers on smart home security solutions

  • Recommend systems that fit customer needs

  • Close sales and schedule installations
