Job description

Job Requirements
The Inside Security Sales Executive partners closely with outside sales, engineering, and operations to qualify opportunities, develop solutions, generate accurate proposals, and manage the sales process for reoccurring revenue and small service-related opportunities. The ideal candidate understands physical security technologies; including monitoring and service agreements, access control, video surveillance, and related systems, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, service -based environment supporting commercial, enterprise, education, and public sector customers.
Compensation
Individual compensation is determined based on several factors including experience, education, certifications, skills, internal equity, and market conditions.
In addition to base salary, this position is eligible to participate in a commission and/or incentive compensation program. Actual earnings are based on individual performance and applicable plan terms.
Work Experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Detail- oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Collaborative team player.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Position requires use of a personal vehicle for work- related travel.

What we would love to see :
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree.
  • 2+ years of inside sales, sales support, or account management experience.
  • Experience in physical security integration, low-voltage systems, or related technology industries.
  • Experience in proposal creation.
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Working knowledge of access control and video surveillance platforms (e.g., Avigilon, Genetec, LenelS2, Axis, etc.)
