Position Summary

The Event Security position is responsible for ensuring the safety and security for all events. Special security assignments may be available during non-event days/nights. The security team is a provider of direct service to our guests and must always exhibit a professional and courteous demeanor.

This role pays an hourly rate of $70.00.

Responsibilities
  • Patrol all assigned locations as directed, stationary and mobile.
  • Work independently, judging and assessing situations for immediate response.
  • Secures property from damage, theft, and vandalism.
  • Courteously investigates persons who look suspicious or out of place.
  • Responds to emergencies, incidents, accidents, and requests for service as required.
  • Maintains records, logs, databases, filing systems, and other necessary records/forms as directed by the Security Manager.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED certification.
  • Six months to one year of security experience, preferably in a similar environment.
  • CLEET Certified Law Enforcement Officer.
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in both inside and outside environmental conditions.
  • Remain flexible and adjust to situations as they occur.
  • Must be able to lift and/or move heavy objects and hear.
