Job description

As a Seasonal Call Center Representative, you will address various customer needs such as account maintenance, billing inquiries, product orders, and overall communication with the company. Your goal will be to deliver exceptional customer service, handling incoming calls, and ensuring efficient product delivery interactions. Your success will be measured by your ability to provide excellent customer service.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality care to our customers by taking ownership of all customer inquiries on heating oil, propane, and diesel service and delivery
  • Provide point of contact for our customers and excellence through verifying and updating customer account information, troubleshooting and/or solving customer concerns
  • Providing accurate information on products and services as well as educating customers on our products and services
  • Perform account maintenance by ensuring customer records are up to date and accurate information is recorded
  • Partner with other departments to follow-up with all customer inquiries
  • Contribute to a team environment by performing other duties as required
Your Skills:
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Your Experience:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • ADDS software experience is an asset
  • 2+ years of experience working in customer service

The expected hourly range for this position is $18.00-$21.60. Placement within range will be based on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
